Start by coating each kegel ball with your favourite water-based lubricant for easy insertion and maximum pleasure. You can wear the balls with or without the silicone holder, which features a handy pull cord for super easy removal.
Begin with the 2 lighter balls (pink balls) and progress to the 2 weightier balls (blue balls) when you're ready to advance your training. If you're new to kegel exercise or have experienced childbirth, we recommend opting for the lighter ball duo. Then, once you have built up experience, progress to the heavier balls for a more intense workout.
