We want you to be fully happy with your product(s). If for any reason you're dissatisfied with your product(s), we will exchange them or give you a full refund provided you return them in accordance with our 30 day return policy.  If 30 days have gone since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original tags attached. When trying on lingerie or nightwear, please do not use unnecessary force and ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume or deodorant which may leave a scent or mark. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of the following items, unless faulty or damaged, if you have opened the packaging which they are supplied

Please complete the returns note enclosed in your parcel. Re-wrap your items and package securely. Take your parcel into your local Post Office within 30 days of receipt and keep the proof of postage. Please note that shipping fees that were paid during an order are non-refundable. 
If you no longer have the returns form, enclose a note with your order, with your name, address, contact telephone number, email address, and your reasons for return and details of your refund or replacement.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns Period
Please fill out the form enclosed with your order and send it back with your returned goods within 30 days of receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, if approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed. 
Please note that shipping fees that were paid during an order are non-refundable. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
